Childcare fees and government funding codes can feel incredibly overwhelming. We want to make our rates and the application process as simple and transparent as possible.

Free entitlement for 2 year olds:

Kingsfield Nursery promotes 2-year funding from the term after their 2nd birthday. We offer both 15 hours of 2 year disadvantaged funding and 30 hours of 2 year working families funding. Please visit the website using the link above to check eligibility for which ever type is appropriate to your family circumstances.

Families must meet certain criteria for both types of two year funding, in order to access this free entitlement. If you are successful, you must pass the funding codes provided to Trina Merry. Parents will fill in a Parental contract, to confirm that they wish to claim their child’s free hours.

Free entitlement for 3-4 year olds:

We offer free entitlement places for 3-4-year olds from the term after a child’s 3rd birthday. It allows all children 15 hours free childcare per week universal (for all).

Extra Fees:

Kingsfield Nursery do not charge any extra fees for food, activities or nappies. We only charge for the hours your child does that exceeds their funding entitlement for free government hours. Our sessional rate for hours over free entitlement are charged at £20.00 per session.

Families will receive an invoice at the start of each term (half term). These invoices clearly state full charge for our services.

Fees can be paid using childcare vouchers, tax free childcare scheme, cash or Bacs payment.
